Returns and Exchanges

Custom-Made Items

Items produced according to personal measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Standard-Size Items

Items ordered in standard sizes may be returned or exchanged for a full refund if:
  • The return is initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The item has not been worn, altered, or damaged.
  • All original tags remain attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including branded boxes, garment bags, and other Fairysiren materials.
  • Any included accessories (belts, storage bags, certificates, cards, etc.) are also returned, if applicable.

Return Policy

  • Once a pre-ordered item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after dispatch.
  • The original shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be handled through any courier or postal service.

If delivery is delayed beyond 12 days due to customs inspections, this does not qualify for a refund, as the order was shipped promptly and in full compliance with our terms.


Customs Inspections
  1. If your parcel is held for extended customs inspection, you must contact your local postal service or EMS office in the destination country to provide any additional documents required for clearance.
  2. Fairysiren will supply all necessary documents from our side.
  3. If the customer does not contact the postal service and does not complete the required customs procedures, responsibility for delays or the return of the shipment lies with the customer. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Packaging and Damage Claims

All orders are shipped in branded packaging and additional protective materials to safeguard the box and its contents.

Upon receiving your parcel, we recommend checking:
  • The condition of the packaging
  • The completeness of the contents
  • That the parcel has not been opened or damaged
If the package is damaged, opened, or missing items, you must:
  • Complete a delivery/acceptance report
  • Record the issue in the presence of a representative of the postal service (EMS or local post)
Claims must be submitted directly to the carrier or customs authority, as they are responsible for the parcel once it is accepted by the postal service. Fairysiren is not liable for loss or damage caused by carriers or customs authorities, and refunds or returns cannot be issued in such cases.
To assist in the review of your claim, you may also notify us at fairysiren.tales@gmail.com, attaching photos or videos of the unboxing and a copy of the report issued by the postal service or customs authority.
