Delivery Time and Cost

We ship worldwide via EMS and standard international postal services.

The usual delivery timeframe is 10 to 14 calendar days. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures in the destination country. To avoid potential delays, we recommend placing your order at least 2 months before your event.

Please note that Fairysiren is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination or transit countries. If customs inspections extend the delivery time beyond 12 calendar days, we reserve the right to decline a refund, as all orders are dispatched on time and in full accordance with our delivery terms.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 10–14 calendar days
• With customs delays: up to 30 calendar days

Taxes and Duties

Some countries may require the payment of import taxes or customs duties.

We ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Prices on our website do not include local taxes or duties. Once your order arrives in the destination country, you are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
Since these charges vary, we recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

Important: If your order arrives in your country but you refuse to pay the required taxes or duties, Fairysiren reserves the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from your refund.
